Dear Subscribers,

Greetings!

Here is a finished graphite drawing from the evening figure class I'm
taking:

We have started with a new model this month, updates soon.

I'm currently working on a cityscape. It's another 18x36 panel, but this
time horizontal instead of vertical. Here's a peek at a portion of the
work in progress:

I'm becoming more and more drawn to knife-painting. I realized that 5 of
my last 6 paintings have been pretty much done with just a knife instead
of brushes. I'm slowly learning that even when swimming in thick paint,
there is always a way to fix or refine. This new cityscape is also being
done with a knife. Should be finished before the next newsletter.

Bored? Here is an amusing comic about working from home. Some of you may
might get laugh out of this, especially you self-employed folk (or
spouse of).

You've been warned.)
