Dear Subscribers,

Greetings!

It is one week away from the opening reception for "Delicious" (work
inspired by food and drink) at Studio Gallery
  in San Francisco (Nob Hill).
Sunday March 4th, 2-6pm

If you're in the area, swing by! My three paintings in the show:

My Still-life Oil Painting class in Palo Alto:
Mondays and Wednesdays 9am-noon
Ongoing monthly, $250 a month
A small class in my studio (max ~6 people). All levels welcome!
2 spots currently available for March. Email me for more info.

I'm painting a new cityscape (12x12). Even though it is much smaller
than the last one it seems to be taking longer. Some paintings just
don't go as smoothly. However, I think it's going to turn out pretty
nice. Here are some tiny and uninformative preview pics :p

Progress at the Safehouse Atelier night figure sessions. The last two
sessions will be this week, almost done:

Shannon Hanna (of RS Hanna Gallery
 ) mentioned my
work in the March 2012 issue of American Art Collector (in the regular
feature where gallery owners are interviewed). Cool! Just a small blurb.
See the page HERE . If
you're having trouble reading the small type, no need to break out the
reading glasses-- here's the portion: "The still-life paintings of David
Cheifetz and Pam Ingalls have sold well with us." :)

Speaking of......

JUST SOLD!:

"Balance in Red"

Until next week,
