Greetings!

Artist Debra Kierce wrote a great feature about me on her blog. Thanks Deb!

I'm back from my inaugural trip to Denver. It was great. The opening reception for Small Works at Gallery 1261 was rockin. Sorry, I didn't get any good pictures but I snapped these before the crowd:





Beautiful gallery. Their philosophy is to encourage an accomplished cast of artists to experiment and create as the muse dictates. Then the eminent Quang Ho (as curator) makes his selections. The result is a crazy awesome collection of art. To illustrate, this is where Jeff Legg sends his most daring and personal work.

Anyway, I'm done with hurtling through the sky in a metal tube. For a little while at least. Time to get back in the painting groove.

I'm currently working on a larger figure piece. Here is a portion of the work in progress:
