| Dear Subscribers, Greetings! The week started off with several scraped-off/wiped-out paintings, which would have been discouraging had there not been such great news to share with you. I will be included in this year's Southwest Art Magazine "21 Under 31" feature! More details soon... I think the issue comes out in September. I just had a phone interview....I hope I said something good..:) Also my first gallery, Carmen's Gallery, has been selling paintings like hotcakes! I'm just about to start sending them a fresh load of paintings, so if you are in the area of Solomons, Maryland, be sure to check out this great gallery!  New still-life this week. I think this one didn't come together until the very end. I like how it turned out, but I'd like to strive for the painting looking good at every stage. My favorite artists are able to accomplish that.
