| Dear Subscribers, Greetings! cont'd from last time....(Goodbye Seattle) Now.....Hello Palo Alto:  The past couple weeks have been exciting: no heat, no hot water, and a twice flooded garage space (my new studio, hooray!), but we are now almost settled in our new place. And I'm very glad to be back at the easel (I was starting to get antsy) New still-life. The setup:  Next stage:  Next stage:  And the finished painting, "Vase, Leaves, & Red" (12x12 panel):  That orange slice shape on the left side was a fortuitous accident! It's actually left over from a previous wiped out painting. I like the splash of color it adds, so I kept it. Many of you will remember how this works. For every friend that you refer to my email newsletter, I'll enter you into a random drawing for a free painting! There is no limit to the number of entries you can have.
