Greetings!
Another new cityscape this week. Knife painted. Using some new bigger knives. Makes the beginning stages super fast. My reference is from Market St. in SF.
First stage:

Blocking it in, getting some good paint down. The bright under-tone wasn't really planned, it's just what I had available. Later in the painting this had the unintentional effect of forcing me to really pile on thick paint in the sky to cover up the warmth. Good. Thick paint is good.
