Greetings!
My painting "High-Noon Streetcar" is featured on the postcard for the upcoming
City Streets group show at Studio Gallery in SF. Nice!

New still life. I wanted to try something that was completely candle-lit.
The setup:


First stage:
I decided to make this a knife-painting. I cover the panel so I can work from the darkness.

This is definitely not the best way to work. I scratch in a really bad drawing with the tip of my knife.

I decide to create a very dim top light to help define the form of the apple and vase.
