Egads, I'm creating a podcast about oil painting. It's becoming a really interesting creative exercise for me. I'm planning to add a Q&A segment during each episode. 3 new Minis. Back to some true alla prima action. It felt good. Damn good.
1st new mini: "Yellow Plum" (5x5):

No progress pics, but here are the fruity setups:



There was a 4th mini, but it was scraped. Main cause of scrapage: I changed the center of interest halfway through. It started with a tiny white onion nestled against the shadow side of the rear onion. I didn't like that little guy as the focus, so I took it out and began to focus on the rear onion. Just wasn't feeling the direction of this one. Here is the work in progress right before scraping:
