The Renaissance of Realism

"The visual arts in America are witness to a resurgence of meaningful art that celebrates masterful imagery wrought by deliberate and effective skill and concept. This -renaissance of realism- reaches out to all audiences with a powerful and universal language that probes and examines the human condition and a wide array of subjects that intrigue and tantalize the eye. In this exhibition, we invite art lovers to experience and reflect upon the works of this country's best realist painters."
This show is a collaboration with Windows To The Divine which promotes art patronage and philanthropy through the mission of Dominicans. It is also running in conjunction with the Collectors For Connoisseurship National Symposium earlier that day at the Denver Art Museum. This includes a "Panel of master realist artists Quang Ho, Robert C Jackson, David A Leffel, Sherrie McGraw and Daniel Sprick discussing realism and advice to collectors"..... I'm really looking forward to that in particular.
